On numerous occassions Ponie has gone completely out of her way to rescue this woman. I once had three dogs that were somewhat spoiled. Before using Cozy Creature we relied on neighbors and other pet sitting services to take care of our pets. We were never 100% satisfied with the care our animals received. When we started using Ponie and Michael, we realized we found someone that truly loves animals. They are diligent, caring and extremely considerate. In the years that we have known Ponie and Michael, we have never had a single problem, and our animals have been extremely well cared for. We have trusted them in our home for an extended period of time and have never been disappointed. However, our biggest fans of Cozy Creature are our dogs! When they see Ponie they run to her begging for hugs! That's how we know our dogs are being looked after by someone who cares. Cozy Creature is by far the best pet sitting service we have ever used.

Cozy Creatures has been fantastic. I come home from vacation and my cat, Charlie, is happy and relaxed ( sometimes, I suspect, even a bit disappointed to see me instead of Ponie), and what's more, the mail and newspapers have been taken in, and the plants, like the cat, are thriving. When my cat started needing daily medication, I despaired of finding a pet sitter. Instead I found Cozy Creatures it has been wonderful to know Charlie is in such excellent, experienced, and loving hands. I am very pleased with the service I get from Cozy Creatures. My birds are well taken care of and happy when I get home. Their cages are always clean, the garbage taken out and the mail is brought in. I highly recommend Cozy Creatures to anyone who needs pet sitting.

Ponie's overnight service provides me with peace of mind when I go out of town. As my dog has become elderly, it is a relief to know that she can stay at home and that someone reliable and professional will take good care of her and give her lots of love. It's wonderful to arrive back from a trip with a content dog and a house that looks the same as when I left it!

Recommendation for Cozy Creature My cat, Ariel, and I are happy to recommend Cozy Creature for their excellent pet care. Ariel came from a shelter about 1 year ago and is still quite nervous around strangers. However, she began to relax with Ponie and Michael at our initial consultation during which Ponie and Michael carefully noted what Ariel would need while I was vacationing. They reassured me that they know a lot about animal's needs and behaviors. While I was away. Ponie left me phone messages to reassure me that Ariel was eating normally, and visiting and playing with Ponie during every visit. Consequently, I came home to a happy, relaxed cat, and a neat house. Ponie and Michael had followed my instructions with care. With such considerate care, I feel like I have found great " kitty-sitters" and Ariel has 2 new friends!
